If the animal you want to paint has longer fur, the techniques I’ve shown you here can be easily adapted by using longer brushstrokes. I believe it is because we can’t use a commercial conditioner on her so her hair has become very dry now she has to be washed 3 times a week. Her hair started to shed, which it shouldn’t do. One of our son’s said he had been wondering how you were going to paint Tilly’s fur and, like the rest of us, was very impressed with your result. Unfortunately it seems every one thought someone else was taking a photo!Īnyway everyone was delighted with the portrait especially Frank who hadn’t seen the photo you had sent me.
